Modular thermal stations

Thermal station is one of basic elements of a centralized heat supply system.

Functions:

Selection of technical solutions at arrangement of heating and water supplying systems in a multi-apartment house (MH) requires detailed analysis of capital intensity, service life and profitability of equipment maintenance.

Factory-assembled individual thermal stations are the most perspective variant from this point of view. Every station is projected and manufactured for a specific object, so it is possible to start operation immediately after connection to an engineering system.

Other advantages of modular thermal stations are: simple and quick mounting (it is important due to deficit of skilled and qualified designers and assemblers at places of installation); a customer avoids the problem of purchasing and delivery of suitable components and expendables.

ZAO "PromServis" have chosen the strategy of individual thermal stations formation from modular blocks (heating, hot water supply, cold water supply, etc). Each module is mounted on its individual rack and can work independently as a functionally finished product:

Reconstruction of heating and/or hot water supply systems (for example, shift from dependent connection to independent one, from open system to closed, introduction of heat consumption regulation) can be executed in two ways:

Mounting of primary flow transducers and thermometers of resistance is executed taking into account all requirements of maintenance documentation. This provides authentic measurements with a permissible accuracy. Commissioning and start-up of this block is quick and simple. Overall dimensions and weight of the modular block make it possible to work without load-lifting mechanisms in tight spaces and doorways. For convenience of mounting the MMB can be delivered on a folding frame.

Control modular block (CMB)

Control modular block is a complete factory-assembled product, intended for automated control of heat carrier parameters in heating systems of residential and industrial buildings. Control is executed taking into account outside temperature and allows to optimize consumption of thermal energy. The principle of system management consists in automatic change of heat carrier temperature depending on an outside temperature. This control is executed by means of electronic temperature controller Pramer-710.

Changing of heat carrier temperature in the heating system correlates with value of water from reverse pipeline admixed to the supply pipeline through a barrier with back-flow valve.

Value of heat carrier admixed from reverse pipeline is regulated by two-way valve, controlled by an electric drive according to signals from temperature controller Pramer-710. At the same time the temperature controller keeps the preset temperature of heat carrier in the reverse pipeline.

Water treatment modular block for hot water supply system (WMB)

Water treatment modular block for hot water supply system (WMB) is a complete factory-assembled product, intended for heating and conservation of water temperature in residential and industrial buildings.

The block consists of a water heater (lamellar heat exchanger), a regulator of temperature, a circulation pump, a transducer of consumption, thermometers, manometers, filters, lock valves.
